Tribu Physical Therapy operates within Ascent Fitness at 3914 Center Street (Tacoma, WA). Tuesdays 8 AM - 6 PM. Wednesdays & Thursdays 2 PM - 6 PM. We also operate out of Frederickson, WA on Mondays & Fridays, reach out to mary@tribupt.com to inquire about availability.

LDT sessions are appointments that are recovery-focused work. Lymphatic drainage is a specialty manual therapy technique to helps flush out toxins, metabolites, and inflammation that build up from intense training or post-operatively. Also valuable pre-operatively to reduce complications from pain or swelling after surgery.

Need help recovering from a race or competition? This is your one stop shop for all things recovery! This service includes any combination of cupping, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, soft tissue work, joint mobilization, assisted stretching, and targeted red light therapy. Each session is catered to your specific needs!

At Tribu, we offer select virtual services for clients seeking maintenance care, performance care, and chronic pain coaching consultations. These are not physical therapy appointments. These services are available for residents & non-residents of WA state. To schedule these services, you must be an active Tribu client who has had an initial consultation or a client on one of our membership plans.
